How to Squat

1. First, make sure that you are either in the ‘Standing’ or ‘Sitting’ position.

2. Then, start bending your knees. Depending on how fast you want – or need – to squat, you can do this either very quickly, or very slowly.

3. Bend your knees until you can’t bend them anymore and stay in that position.

4. CONGRATULATIONS! You’re squatting! Unless you fell onto the floor. To master this wondrous skill called ‘Squatting’ if you failed, make sure you are ‘Standing’ (Refer to the ‘How to Stand’ set of instructions) and repeat the above instructions once more, preferably more slowly the next time.
