How to Stand

1. If you are already in a standing position – I.e. With both legs on the ground and are not falling over, then you have already mastered this useful skill – you may skip the following instructions.

2. If you are in a ‘Squatting’ or ‘Sitting’ position (To learn how to ‘Squat’ and ‘Sit’, go to their respective ‘How to’s), you may follow this instructions if you want to.

3. Transfer your body weight to your feet. This is especially important for those in the ‘Sitting’ position.

4. Straighten your legs, using arms to stabilize yourself if required (also known as limbs).

5. When you are in a fairly vertical pose, you have achieved this skill called ‘Standing’.

6. CONGRATULATIONS! You’re standing!
