History: Oldest of two in her family, has had to live her life after the Games on her own and has therefore developed several shields to stay tough. Her family was killed by the Capitol before she came back from the Victor's Tour. Primarily lives with fellow Victor in the District, John Wintergreen.

Weapon of Choice: Most comfortable with an axe, knows how to handle a knife and a sword, but sticks to the axe mostly.

Hunger Games Win: Victor of the 66th Hunger Games – won by playing a weakling in the beginning, allowing her peace from the Careers at first. As the number of tributes decreased, she turned out to be an efficient and merciless killer in the Arena.
