Breathe In Me

I'm hanging on a cross, I'm crying,

and I heard there are no tears in you.

I am pray for a greater love than this,

I'm screaming that I might be whole.

In turn, just take me as I am, intor your glory, I"m dying,

frigid cold inside, I don't know what to do.

I am frozen in the days of fear,

Lift me up, lift me up, O God.

I'm trampled into the ground,

feeling unworthy and unheard.

I want love, not a conception, not just a feeling,

but a real love,

I'm not asking for power, I

I'm not asking to never be tired.

I want a living soul.

Surely you can save me, surely you want to.

I know I fall short, desperately, I'm looking into your heart,

leaning for something different.

In this world or not, I ask you

to a hold these leaches,

that cling to me, the tooth of a tiger

that has nailed me.

I'm weak, beyond weak, without hope.

May this be true, Lift me up!

Lift me, I'm sick, worn, and many enemies surround me,

troubles on every side, raise me from the dead.

Have you not heard, your son?

Raise me.

Awaken your angels at your aid, to your dear son,

take me under your wing, let there be a crusade,

to find me

to hold me.

Let your Word bring these wars to end.

Like the glory that sets upon the seas,

bring in your power and measure,

Bring in your river by the hills of Kadesh,

sing me a song will live

on the river of heaven.

Be there for me, be not far, O Lord.

Let your mercy overflow, beside my hand, and talk to me,

like you did when the creation began.

LIve in me, breathe in me.
