When I was thirteen, I had an obsession with Spiderman, Batman, Superman… well I had an obsession with all of the great superheroes that had started to flood the cartoon market of the nineties. Like my idols, I too had a secret. Void of the leotards and capes, my costume came in the form of a gangly, awkward young wolf that I could shift into. I didn’t have to bitten by a wolf for this transformation to take place, like Peter and the spider. I was born to be this way.
I thought I was awesome; indestructible – just like them.
I thought wrong.
