Chapter 6~ SuperMan

-Lance-

Lance opened his eyes to a strange silence. Where am I? Where is everyone else? It slowly dawned upon him that he was no longer in the cafeteria. He was in the hospital. He looked around and saw all of his friends were in the room.
Shiro was reading a book quietly, listening to Hunk and Pidge jabber on about food as they played a card game. Where is Keith..? He thought, and noticed the Raven haired boy was clinging to him, as if he was his life. He felt a small blush appear on his face, it's not possible.. but.. just maybe... he smiled as Shiro looked up at him,
"Hey Lance. Good to see you awake"
"Lance is up?" Pidge asked, jumping up excitedly and grinning widely as she saw his smile. Hunk stood up quickly too, setting down his cards, and racing over to the bed, Pidge at his heels. Shiro walked over normally, and sat down in a chair, Hunk and Pidge on the bench beside him.
"Keith hasn't left your side the whole time" Pidge chuckled as Lance looked down, watching Keith sleep, silently.
"Really?" Lance asked, a smile plastered on his beaten face.
Shiro nodded, and smiled also, "He clung to you so hard, we had to bring him in with you, and the doctors had to work around him to get X-Rays" he chuckled. Lance laughed slightly, causing the Raven haired boy to stir, and open his eyes, "Lance..?" He asked, drowsily. Lance smiled, "Hey Keith" he laughed, "Are you alright?"
"I'm fine!" Keith laughed, hugging Lance to death, "It should be you who we are worried about-"
"Those kids break your glasses?" Lance interrupted with a frown.
"Yes, but it's okay! Because you are fine.." Keith smiled, then paused, "You were like SuperMan" he looked down, obviously blushing. Lance noticed, and blushed madly, turning his head away so Keith wouldn't see, "That's pretty cool" he laughed, and after a few moments of silence, Shiro chimed in, "So, Lance, seems you got hit bad. You'll have a bruise on your cheek, and you had a minor concussion, but you should be okay now. They did some work" Shiro smiled in amusement as Pidge clapped, "I got to see all the technology they used!"
"I just hung out at the snack machine" Hunk smiled, "They have such good Oreos here"
Keith laughed slightly, his face turning super red as he laid back down again and snuggled back up against Lance. Lance blushed even more than Keith did, and smiled widely at Pidge. Pidge mouthed "I ship it" to Lance, and Lance  rolled his eyes with a smile, watching Keith as he closed his eyes again. Maybe this IS the feeling I've been thinking it was.. maybe.. just maybe.. He gently took Keith's hand and smiled, Maybe this feeling... Maybe it's Love..? He heard Shiro shush Pidge as he closed his eyes, and hugged Keith tight to his chest, If this is love, and I'm falling... I hope I keep falling..
