Caroline was sitting on the Salvatore boarding house very annoyed and very pregnant her boyfriend Stefan trotted in with a bag of food "pancakes and French fries for ma Lady" he said she grabbed the "yummy thank you" she said stuffing the stuff in her mouth he smiled "ughhh this baby is just kicking everywhere today" Caroline complained "only a few more weeks sweetheart" Stefan said Caroline then jerked up "what's wrong" Stefan asked "ahhhhh" Caroline screamed Stefan picked her up and ran to the hospital were they were rushed into delivery room "ahhhhhhhhh" Caroline screamed in pain "shh baby it's okay" Stefan soothed "okay mrs.forbes we're gonna push on 3" the doctor said "1.....2....3". "Ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhh" Caroline screeched squeezing the life out of Stefan's hand then they heard a cry come into the world Stefan and Caroline smiled "it's a girl" the doctor said and they rushed the baby out of the room "my baby" Caroline cried out "she's a little small but she's healthy" the ductile said and soon they brought the baby back in wrapped in a blanket she was placed in her mothers arms

"She's perfect" Stefan said "do you want to hold her" Caroline asked Stefan nodded as Stefan carefully handed the baby to Stefan

"What should we name her" Stefan asked "I have a name in mind" Caroline replied "and what would that be" Stefan said "Lexi Grace Salvatore" care answered "its perfect" Stefan says looking from Lexi to Caroline smiling there was a knock on the door Stefan handed Lexi back to Caroline and said "come in" Elena and Damon cane in holding holding a basket of flowers and a ballon
