Dressed in black. Hair up. Swollen eyes.

I'm getting ready for the funeral. I don't want to do this. This means good bye forever. I walk into the car, trying to again keep my self from breaking down.

We drive to the funeral home. I don't want to be here. We walk into the funeral home and were quickly escorted into the room where Austin's body is. I slowly walk up to the casket. I peek in. It looks like a doll.

"oh, I guess you're really gone. Huh?" I stood there as though I was waiting for an answer.

The funeral begins, family members who I've never ever seen before. I don't know anyone here. Then all of a sudden I see a little girl, with brown hair. My face lights up. "MADELINE!"

She turns around. We run to each other. We hug for years.

"I'm sorry this happened." Maddie said.

I didn't want to talk about it.

"When did you get out?"

I didn't even know that she was awake.

"I don't remember. I don't remember alot of anything." Maddie said as she shrugged. Ti

I was kind of upset, but I didn't care anymore. I had Maddie. She's no Austin, but shes my best friend. I didn't care I has my best friend back.
