Prussia only acts loud and obnoxious because he knows that he's fading away. The other countries already overlook him, so he talks louder, laughs bigger, and acts out more so he knows they can still see him. He tries to remind himself that he's still alive by spending time with West or Francy-Pants and Spain, but he just feels like he's disappearing. He knows that, soon, he won't be around, and it seems like the day where he's no longer here is coming faster and faster. Sometimes, he feels like he's already gone.
