They actually wanted to use Jame's dog Fox in the Time Of Our Life music video and wanted to use him as the dog James holds in his arms in the Big Time Rescue episode.
He took Fox on set and James was ready to shoot with him but Fox had other plans and barked and went crazy(don't really know if that was what he really did)
So in the end, they had to use another dog for both the music video and the Big Time Rescue episode.
