The Palm Woods Park in the show was actually a piece of the lawn in front of the studio. They just added a few tables, chairs and other extras to look like it was an actual park.

Plus the short outside scene of the Palm Woods that was always shown when they cut to the scenes there is actually also a side shot from one of the buildings on the Paramount lot.
