If I could go back in time,

And meet you,

All over again,

There are so many things,

That I would have said,

And wouldn't have said,

Things I would have done,

And wouldn't have done .

It would be a fresh start,

A clean slate,

And maybe,

Just maybe,

we would be okay .

That's all I wish for,

But it can't be that way,

Can it ?

Because time travel is not possible,

And people don't just get clean slate

Yet the world keeps spinning .

People meet other people,

Make friends,

Lose friends,

Get together,

Break up .

And that's just how it is .

There is no going back, my dear,

It does not matter how much you try,

But you can make things better,

By getting through it .
