In the end, (Y/n) is the one who left Sugawara Koushi alone. It is now 7 years later and Sugawara is married and has three children. He always tells them the story of, "the girl who gave him her heart".
(Y/n) watches over him from heaven. She's glad he moved on. She tells all the other angels in heaven about, "the boy who stole her heart."
They never forgot about each other and never will.
They think of each other every morning, every day, and every night. They still love each other very much. How could they not?
"Thank you, (Y/n). For giving me your heart. Even though I have a new life now, I could never love anyone else as much as I loved you."
