Waking up seems in vain
Never feeling quite sane
But always feeling the pain
Motivation is hard to maintain
Connected to the bed by a chain
Waking up is a strain
Always waking up restless
Making the day seem endless
From the start worries are relentless
Making me feel helpless
Always feeling a little jealous
Of those able to be careless
