The girl stumbled through the forest alone and terrified. Her thoughts battled against her and she fell to the damp undergrowth. A single whimper escaped her lips; awakening the wolf from his deep slumber. He watched a tear fall down her cheek and two more upon each wrists. Her voices forced her to this, the voices in her head, the voices who make her worthless, the ones who wish her dead. With each second that passed, her misery drained from within and as she took her last breath, the wolf stared upon the girl in her cloak stained red.
