Wowie did I make this a long time ago. For Halloween, I had dressed up as Celty Sturluson from Duarara!! because she's.. well, she's awesome! And my favorite Durarara!! character and also one of my many waifus XP
At some point I plan to redo some of the helmet to make it better, but for now I haven't really felt like it :P I also can't get the visor on properly... but whaaatever.
