Chapter 7

Zero and I had completed our mission, but now... well lets just say it's a little awkward between us. Of course though Yuki suspected something was up with us. She was always following us around and always asking us tons of questions. It overwhelmed me. She keeps saying "We are freinds now so you can tell me anything you know anything."  I mean I don't like people meddling in my business, but I mean I'm quite happy. I don't have any real freinds. Their more like family or hunting partners, but other than that theres Yuki. Zero maybe... What am I talking about that was just a one time thing. It not like he actually likes me or anything like that.

"(l/n) whats the answer?"

I snap out of my thoughts. The answer? I look at the board. WHAT?! NO WAY!! WE'RE ON A NEW SUBJECT?!

"I-I don't know the answer.... " I reply.

"Maybe next time you will actually pay attention during class, but for now you need to stay after class."

My jaw drops.

A few of my classmates laugh at my face.

No. Nononononono! This can't be happening. What will my mom say! Ohhh she'll be pissed once she finds out I space out during class time! Shes gonna kill me! Okay now calm down (y/n). She's not going to find out. I'm just not going to tell her. There is no way she can find out if I don't tell her right? Yeah, thats right! 

I sigh in relief. 

I get out my notebook and get ready to write down notes.

Wait a minute. Wheres my pencil? I search around my spot for my pencil. I can't find it!

'Nice one your only pencil you have left and you loose it!!' I mentaly scream at myself.

I felt a tap on my shoulder. I turn and see Zero with a stoic face. He reaches out and grab something thats tucked behind my ear. Guess what it was? MY PENCIL! I thank him and turn back around. My face heating up. Guessing from Yuki's giggle my face must be really red at the moment....

I'm so embarrassed!
