The Midnight Skies

Okay, so I wrote this in the 4th grade, but I thought I'd add it in here anyway :) lol.

Dusk falls upon us as the skies silently fade to a black photo,

As the the dazzling drops of silver hope scatter throughout the galaxy.

bleached white crescent figure looms a glistening glow over the big world,

When suddenly a trail of distant glimmers fall from the distance

And fade off into the dark painting,

Like a tear drop quietly running down a fair maiden's cheek.

Close your eyes and simply imagine

A distant world of wonder that shares the same stars that we do

That ignite the glistening of the universe and the hearts of many souls around the world

That believe in the magic that I believe in too.
