After first hour, James was waiting kind of sheepishly. When I got to him, I asked, "what's wrong?" He said that he was sorry about earlier and said it was "uncalled for" and "idiotic" and he was so sincere and apologetic all I could do was grab his hand and say "it's ok." His look of distraught quickly faded and for once, I felt safe.

I know, it sounds stupid to like a guy this quick. You have to understand that I've been in abusive situations my entire life. I seem to be a magnet to this sort of thing... but with him, I fear nothing. He honestly gives me this feeling of security...

As the day goes on, we walk each other to classes and there wasn't any more hand holding or anything like that. All we really talked about was plans for tomorrow and what we planned on doing this weekend. We both had our falls sports after school, I being a runner, had to get all sweaty for 2 hours everyday after school.  He played tennis, so he has like an hour and a half or less practices. Un. Fair. But the upside is we both are considered varsity which is pretty cool, in my opinion.

But jeez, at practice, all I could think about is... him.
