My name is Chloe Sartorius. I married Jacob Sartorius last year when I was 23. Jacob and I are both 24 years old and still do social media and Jacob goes on music tours and sometimes does meet and greets. My mom and dad (kian) are married for 10 years and still happy as ever. Mom and dad(kian) grew bigger and bigger on YouTube. My mom has 10.5 million subscribers on YouTube and my dad(kian) has 12 million subscribers on YouTube. My dad(kian) still has the YouTube channel KianandJc with Jc and they are still best friends. Kian and Jc's YouTube channel has 13 million subscribers on YouTube. And as for me I have 7 million subscribers. My mom and dad(kian) have a boy named Dylan Lee Lawley and he is 8 years old. Jacob and I are expecting a baby in 2 months. I still talk to everyone since I was 14 and I still talk to them and we are all still very close. Jenn has 7 million subscribers and Jc has 10 million subscribers on his channel. Jenn and Jc has a girl named Elizabeth Rose Caylen and she is 7 years old. My life is great and I am so glad I was adopted my Andrea Russet and Jenn McAllister.
