Boring day

Dick's pov

i sat up in my bed tangled with the sheets i rub my eyes and glance at the alarm clock

10:30

"SHIT" i curse loudly as i jump out the bed grab a t-shirt and a pair of jeans from the floor i must of left them there last night when me and jenny...anyway i run into my bathroom and rince my mouth out with mouthwash .no time to brush my teeth and no time for breakfast either i wet my hands with the tap water and run my fingers through my hair .it will have to be good enough for today i slip on the t-shirt and jeans and bolt through my bedroom door down the hallway DAM WHY DID THE MANOR HAVE TO BE SO BIG i finally zoom  past the dining room

but i stopped dead in my tracks and slowly backed up until i was staring into the dinning room ...at the table were bruce,katien and damien was sat piecfully eating breakfast i first caught the eye of damien as he looked up at me he smirked and raised his eyebrow

"why in such a rush grayson it's only 7;30 ?"

i felt anger boil up inside me and before i knew it i was bieng held back bye bruce as i attemted to get to damien who was still calmly eating his cereal reading a artical on his tablet not even spare'ing  me a look

"THAT LITTLE BRAT CHANGED MY ALARM CLOCK TIME AGAIN !"

this time damian did look up but only to mock me further "who me ?" he batted his eyelashes and looked up to bruce giving him the inocent look bruce just sighed and pinched the bridge of his nose and closed his eye's in annoyance and huffed "damien if i have to tell you one more time About changing dick's alarm clock i think i'll exploid" damien just ignored bruce and continued munching on his cereal i gave bruce a "are you serious " look and bruce looked back to damian "damian?" he asked folding his arms against his chest but to no one's surprise he didnt even shuffle at the sound of his name katie finaly stepped in and swipped the tablet away from him "HEY !" he shouted to here trying to make a grab for the tablet katie was holding up in the air out of his reach he glared at him "if you change 1 more clock in the house u will scrubbing the milatery bunkers floor with a tooth brush for 3 weeks got that ?" damian scowled at her and folded his arms "and why would i feel threatend bye you ?" katie just grinned happly before she threw the tablet againsed the wall shattering it and completly breaking it

"YOU WILL PAY FOR THAT !" he shouted as he pointed to the broken device on the floor katie just finshed her eggs and with a mouthfull she said "oh im sure you can afford another one " i smiled at this knowing katie was on my side made my morning a little better but then she turned to me and gave me some of her rage of annoyance "YOU GO GET DRESSED WE LEAVE IN 20 MINUTES " i threw my hands up in surender and headed back of to my bedroom .dam what was her problem..wait why is she even here i swear sometimes she only talks to us for alfred's cooking anyway i get properly dressed and brush my teeth and head of down the hallway it turns out katie and damian was already in the car waiting for me ,so i jumped in the backseat and already started driving to gotham Academy 

yeh i still got crappy school but oh well 2 years and im outta that place i mean im 18 now which in normal schools should be my leaving age but GA is a little different ,we finally arived at the school and we all piled out the car before i could even say goodbye katie was already walking away and damian ran up to some of his friends...huh damian has friends...wierd

i started walking through the crowded halway until i felt a hand on my shoulder i turned around to see wally beaming at me

"hey dude what's up" he ask's while walking with me to my locker "sky" i mumble as i pile my bag into my locker and slam it shut again leaning against it while i watch everyone pass bye and then i see jenny walking with her friends they all slow there pace and stare at me i give a wink to jenny and she blushes and all her friends start giggiling and making 'eeek' noises i shake my head and turn to wally "why are all girls the same ?" i ask wally still staring at jenny and her friends as they walk away "umm because they have boobs ?" wally answers awkwardly i bang the back of my head against the locker and groan

and then i hear a familiar "hey dick" i take my eyes of the celing and let them fall upon the one and only barbra gordan to be honest barbra was really hot she had light green eyes red hair and a hot body but she is you no ...batgirl and with the hole kori thing i dont think its good to mix buisness with realtionships i smile back at her "oh hey bab's " she blushes at her nickname but i didnt give her it i think her dad did and it just stuck in our brain's "so i was wondering if you maybe wanted to join me on patrol tonight" she rocked back and forth on her heel's holding her textbooks close to her chest kinda looking a bit bashful but dont get me wrong barbra is not one of those cute shy pushover kind of gals i mean she was cute but when it came it she was badass and had a bit of those bitchy personas

i sighed and declined her offer "im sorry barbra but i cant tonight jason is coming home after 6 month so bruce wants us all to be there im sure he would be glad if you came to" she smirked and flipped her hair " i can't someone needs to defend gotham and besides all jason does is flirt with me and tries to get in my pant's" i hear wally mumble at the side of me "he's not the only one" without even turning to him  i elbow him in the stomich making him hunch over in pain

barbra rolled her eyes at wally and waved us goodbyes ,the rest of the day was pretty boring just classes and crap i was one of the first out the school at the end of the day ,wally was the first..i wonder why but as always there was alfred waiting bye the car we waited 10 minutes until damien came out of his class and hopped into the car kate went to the mall with some friends so she didnt need a ride

we got home and went straight down to the cave were bruce was in his suit staring at the batcomputer not breaking his gaze as we entered i noticed he was looking up some stuff about the leaugue of shadows after ra's death deathstroke tried to take over but failed misrebly and got his ass handed to him bye a 10 year old and then talia took over..but that didnt end well either

"watcha doin" i asked dragging on my words just to get his attension

"it dosen't make sence dick the shadows have been so quite lately " he mumbeld still not removing his eyes from the screen

i rolled my eyes "and that's a bad thing ?" i asked

"no but it raises the question who is leading them ? i mean there just a bunch of assassins for hire and they need a leader so who is it ?"

i patted him on the sholder shakking him a little "hey let's not think about shadows right now lets go upstairs jason should be here in a hour "

bruce nodded and trailed after me to the elevator
