Official Rules

INCARNATE / WATTPAD WRITING CONTEST ("Writing Contest") OFFICIAL RULES

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO PARTICIPATE OR RECEIVE PRIZES. PURCHASE OR ACCEPTANCE OF A PRODUCT OFFER DOES NOT IMPROVE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

How to enter: During the Story Submission Phase (as set out below), visit Wattpad.com/IncarnateMovie (the "Contest Website") for instructions on how to enter the Writing Contest by creating a Wattpad account and submitting one (1) eligible story (each a "Story" and collectively "Stories") in accordance with Submission Requirements below. BH Tilt * shall be referred to herein as the "Sponsor" and except as otherwise specified shall be responsible for all aspect of the Contest. There are no fees associated with the creation of a Wattpad account. Stories that do not comply with the Submission Requirements set out below will be disqualified. The Writing Contest begins at 12:01 AM Eastern Daylight Time ("EDT") on October 31, 2016 and ends at 11:59 PM EDT on November 13, 2016 (the "Contest Period"). The Writing Contest consists of the following two (2) phases:

Story Submission Phase

Start Date (at 12:01 AM EST)

October 31, 2016

End Date (at 11:59 PM EST)

November 13, 2016

Stories Judging Phase

Start Date (at 12:01 AM EST)

November 14, 2016

End Date (at 11:59 PM EST)

November 16, 2016

Wattpad's server is the official time-keeping device for the Writing Contest. A fee is not required to enter the Writing Contest.

All Stories must be received only as directed on the Contest Website by 11:50 GMT on November 13, 2016 (each an "Entry"). Stories will only be accepted online. A copy of these Official Rules can be viewed online at Wattpad.com/IncarnateMovie. Limit of one (1) Entry per person. If more than one (1) Entry is submitted by the same person, only the first eligible Entry submitted will be considered. Entries will not be returned to the entrant. By entering the Writing Contest, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules. In the event of a dispute regarding any aspect of the Writing Contest, the Sponsor will make the final ruling in their sole discretion. Such ruling shall be final and binding, and no communication or correspondence will be exchanged with entrants regarding such ruling(s) unless otherwise required by law.

Submission Requirements: In order to be eligible, entrants must be a registered user of Wattpad and the Story must meet the following requirements (collectively, the "Submission Requirements"):

(a) The Entrant must be a resident of the United States to be eligible to win

(b) The Story shall be in English;

(c) The Story shall be no longer than 3,000 WORDS;

(d) The Story must be only one chapter (story part)

(e) The Story must be marked as complete

(f) The Story must be a NEW story posted on your Wattpad profile

(g)The Story shall be entirely created by the entrant, and the rights to publish and distribute must be held by that entrant;

(h)The Story shall be tagged on the Wattpad platform by the entrant with the tag #Incarnate;
