October 19.

It’s exactly a month since I lived here. To be honest, I’m proud of myself because I didn’t expect that I’d last this long. So far, my identity remains a secret.

Two days from now, Infinite Chase will start touring. I’m excited because it’ll be my first time to be with them in their concert.

I do pretty much nothing in the house. In the morning, I clean it, and then cook, and when the band is not busy, we watch movies in the entertainment room.

There are times when they practice in their studio down the basement. Even though they didn’t tell me that I’m not allowed to watch, and although every fiber of my being wants to watch, I choose not to. It feels like prying their privacy. It also gives me guilt for deceiving them.

A few days ago, Juliane sent me a paycheck for my first salary. It was a large amount. I felt bad because my job wasn’t tiring. How can I be weary when I’m surrounded with handsome guys?

There are times (a lot of times) when they tease me; probably because I’m the only female human being in the one hundred yard radius. But they’re so adorable; I can’t even stay mad at them for too long.

And then there’s KY.

My unrequited love remains the same.

Seeing him hurts me because even though we live in the same house, it feels like we’re worlds apart.

You can say that our relationship is finally progressing because we’re talking with each other now, like, when I ask him about what food he wants to eat, or does he mind passing me the salad, or if he needs help with anything.

I guess I should be grateful. It’s better than not having a conversation with him.

The band will be on tour for two months, and then they will have two weeks of vacation for the Holidays. We won’t be living in the house so we need to pack our clothes.

One thing I’m looking forward to is living in their car. It’s this huge vehicle that looks like a bus. Inside it are bunk beds, furniture like couches, and television set. It even has a fridge inside. Unfortunately it only has one bathroom. We’ll live in it for a couple of weeks with their team— one body guard which is also their driver, one sound tech, and their PR. I’ll practically be the only girl, but I’m kind of used to it since I’ve been living with the band for a month.

My work is also to make sure we don’t forget anything; even the band’s stuff. I need to double check them because once we’re on the road, we can’t go back again. I’m not worried because I’m organized and all.

I already packed my things days ago, and yes, I’m that excited. I’ll meet other bands that they’ll be touring with. Just thinking about seeing the bands that I only watched on Youtube makes me feel like I’m flying.

I still feel guilty about lying but there’s nothing I can do about that. I’m going to continue pretending until I save money for my tuition fee. Or if worse comes to worse, when they discover my secret. Just thinking about being found out makes my insides squirm uncomfortably.

Dear God, I’m so sorry for deceiving my friends. I have no choice. If my mom finds out that I lost my scholarship, she will kill me. Lying is such a stupid thing to do, but I will repent as soon as this is finished. I promise.

We’re watching a movie in the entertainment room. Actually, I am watching while the band is using their gadgets. All of a sudden, the door bursts open.

I jump in my seat, ready to run for my life when I see it’s just Mr. Handsome. He has a silly grin on his face. He probably feels great catching us off guard.
