The Hunger and The Rage

I stood there watching were Jesse once was I felt slightly emptier then I was earlier and that's when I felt it a wolf and it was coming this way I quickly shifted ready for a fight still feeling some of the effect from Jesse's blood coursing through me. It came crashing towards me only to stop dead in its tracks at the sight of me he quickly shifted to human and so I gave him the same respect 

"I'm Kyle a rouge wolf" he said with a hand out I just looked at it 

"well Kyle i'm Carter and I have just recently become a rouge" I replied he just looked at me weirdly

"well Carter is it o.k if I spend the night here?" he asked while taking a step closer I just nodded. 'I ran through the forest with lightning speed chasing my target a vampire he runs but it is no use I have vampire blood on my side then wham i shove him to the ground using my noise then I kill him and feast on his blood feeling the endless power surge through me' then I awake from my dream but I am in the middle of the forest though. I raise from the ground and head back to the cave terribly confused about what had happened

"hey I was about to ask if you wanted to hunt but from the blood on your face I guess you already have" Kyle says to me as he shifts and runs into the forest confused I wipe my mouth only to see my hand remove blood. 'It's o.k you were just hunting' I tell myself but the power in me is indeed not my own but a vampires, I enter the cave and grab a pair of clothes. I slip them on and run to the store there I try to find Jesse's sent but it wasn't there so I searched around the cave but no luck at all 'I need to ask her what is happening to me' I thought to myself and then Kyle reappeared with a smile on his face. I walked up to him and he said

"hey I don't want to surprise you or anger you but I think there is a vampire just outside your territory" as he pointed in the direction for me

"perfect were is it exactly can you take me" I ask making sure my tone gives it as an order and not a question he nods then shift I quickly follow.

We both race through the forest I had to slow down for him to lead the way and as soon as I was in range I felt her it was Jesse but she was not alone there were two others me and the rouge slowed and then shifted 

"listen you don't have to come any farther" I tell hem but he just laughs at me 

"and what give up the chance to kill some vamps um... no" he replies before he starts to run. I stop him dead in his tracks 

"what the hell is something wrong?" he asks me as he screech's to a halt

"yea listen don't make a move unless they attack and if they do leave the girl" I respond confusion and frustration surrounds his face but then he agrees and we are off again. The very second we approach one of them leaps at Kyle who instantly shifts and dose a jump hitting the vampire back then Kyle finishes it I look at Jesse a smile appears on her face

"what are you doing here in my territory" she asks. Shock goes through me this is what she left for a coven of her own she must have saw what I was feeling because she sent the other vampires away

"listen Kyle thanks but I need you to go" I said hoping he would listen. It took a couple of minutes but Kyle's wolf nodded and left running towards the cave. Once they were both gone I just stared at her 

"what is happening to me?" I ask her feeling the sound of her heart beat now I tried to push it out but the sound was near unstoppable to me. As I stood in front of her I crumbled trying not to feed even my wolf on the inside was pushing for it

"it seams you are craving more vampire blood, I guess that explains Vincent" she says with a akward smile and then she moves closer, I stumble the opposite way trying not to attack her.

"You can have it just ask" she says and right then the urge over takes me and I was drinking her blood. I felt every part of me flare with power and then I felt it a sharp pain I looked over and she was feeding too then *wham* I went tumbling over and there stood the two vampire Jesse had sent away 

"are you o.k Jesse" one of the two asked looking genuinely worried Jesse just smiled and nodded then she came to me and helped me

"Jesse what are you doing he was just feeding on you" said the other one as I got up left for the cave. I stepped towards the cave when I sensed them my old pack and they were using my old sneak attack to get to Kyle I ran and shifted, charging with all I had I smacked right into the kid he was gone flying through the trees and the rest of the forest I then continued to the cave. The very second I got there I heard a howl that screamed through the entire forest once it died down Kyle came rushing out of the cave 

"whats going on?" Kyle asked looking panicked as he looked around frantically

"it's my old pack, I did something terrible and now their after me" I replied after returning to human form. It took them about a minute but they appeared from the forests shadows in human form now

"Carter you have to pay for what you did not only did you cross a line but you attacked the Alpha" said one of the larger pack members 

"listen i'm not going to just stand around and let you throw accusations at me" I said my voice only just keeping steady. Kyle looked at me with a look of worry

"you rogue leave or you will meet the same fate as this man will" the Alpha now speaking said I just looked at him and nodded a moment later he shifted and left, now the pack was shifting they all faced me growling with a combined furry. A moment passed and then the Alpha let out a loud bark and they raced at me I shifted and went head on with the Alpha and two others together they pushed me onto my back and bit into me I screamed in pain. The Alpha positioned himself so he could bite my jugular but before he did he was hit from the side he shook it off but that gave me enough time to get to my feet and move away from him, I looked at the people who had just saved me only to see Kyle, Jesse and the two other vampires from before. I stared at Kyle in disbelief he had come back but not alone he brought Jesse and the others 

"thought you might need a hand" Kyle barked at me and Jesse just smiled and nodded I felt power surge through me the numbers had just grown on my side it was five to eleven but I had vampire blood on my side. I quickly scanned the battle field to see the pack looked startled by the fact that vampires were fighting along with us, they changed their expression and once again charged at us I took the Alpha and another one while Kyle took on two smaller ones, the three vampires took on four of their own but we were outnumbered. As we fought I crushed ones arm in my jaws he quickly fled along with three others from wounds inflicted

"I will kill you" the Alpha barked as he tried to bite my throat but then in the distance we all heard what sounded like one hundred wolves howling in unison we all stopped as the creature approached It burst through the forest with such speed i didn't even see it until it was beside me. It was a she and she was a very small and slender wolf but beneath the wolf side you could sense uncontrolled power flowing from her then I heard it *BA-BOOM! BA-BOOM!* it was the loudest noise there even between Kyle's and Alpha's growls it was way louder then either, I could barley take it but When she noticed she moved slightly away from me as to say 'not going to happen' to me. Something about her scared the pack because when she barked at them they all started to back away some even ran as fast as they could the Alpha went to attack but she just shouldered him, he went flying into a tree the last I heard before he was dragged away was the crack of his bones. then we were alone just Kyle, Jesse, the two vampires, and her the one whose heart was beating with the most alluring sound possible. She walked into the cave and shifted picking out some clothes from what I had bought before when she turned around I was dazzled by more then just the heart but the dark purple eyes and the long black hair that went to her waist had natural streaks of red through it

"hello my name is Gemma" she said with a low but beautiful voice. I don't know what it was but her heart was calling me, the blood was calling me I started to move forward against my own will I resisted as much as possible before my body shut down from lack of control, and I slowly slipped into darkness.
