The Wolf Inside

As I ran through the forest I stretched out my senses again and found the vampire coven that i had sensed before all three of them were huddled together clearly conversing, my pack and i could easily take them down without any worry of us being harmed. As we neared them i sent a message through our mind connection telling them to stop any spots for them to run away to, once i did they broke off all twelve of us moving to encircle them and then moved in on them with silence that was unmatched by any species. We had completely surrounded them by the time that one of the vampires looked up at us and as she did fear flashed through her face a fear that could only be explained as horror, she went to run in the opposite direction of us only to see the rest of the pack making her stop in her tracks. Now that we had been noticed the other to vampires looked up at us terror flashed in their eyes

“ what do you want from us!?” the larger of the vampires yelled at us, the pack responded with barks of laughter and growls making the vampires look unease which made the pack bristle with excitement 'stop messing around and kill them already' i said through are mind connection and Alpha barked in his agreement. Once the order was given we all rushed at them taking them with barley any resistance mostly because of the fact that there was twelve of us and only three of them, the pack split into groups tearing through the vampires with viscous might making sure that each one of them was dead before shifting to human and burning the remain of their body.

The next night i stood outside a coffee shop and as i looked around my eyes caught on a beautiful women with the most perfect pale blue eyes with delicate brown wavy hair that seemed to glow in the night sky with an unmatched magnificence, she looked up from her note book and drink only for her eyes to stop at me while she starred back a smile crossed her face. I entered into the coffee shop and took a seat next to the women who was still watching me

“hello beautiful” i said with a smile on my lips and the look on her face almost exactly mirrored mine

“hello to you to” she said as she adjusted in her seat to face me better, i looked over her quickly and she did the same to me both of us were smiling at one another when i asked

“so would you be interested in going out later tonight?” as i did her smile widened and she grabbed my hand writing her number on my hand before leaving the shop. After a little while of me sitting there in the shop Alpha walked in and sat next to me then grabbed my hand checking out the number on my hand and sighed aloud

“so is she pretty?” Alpha asked clearly not caring in the slightest about the girl whose number i had

“of course she is Alpha, you know me” i said with a chuckle as i grabbed my stuff and got out of the chair i was in

“yea i do Carter” he replied as he walked out before me towards his car and i did the same going to my car. Once in my car i drove deeper into the town allowing me to see any good places to take the beauty that i saw in the coffee shop, after about thirty-five minutes of driving i say the perfect place it was large secluded from most places and fancy. I entered it and looked around and i saw plant life that stemmed along the walls of the whole restaurant and nice tables set around everywhere neatly definitely meant to impress people and i must say that it was working. A women approached me with a clear and phony smile

“how can i help you sir?” she asked trying to keep her face composed, this made me smile and chuckle

“yes I’d like a reservation for tonight at eleven please” I said still smiling and being polite and that made the women look taken aback at her own fake greeting

“of-of course sir i will book it under?” she asked

“under Mr. Nomak please” i replied and as i did she nodded and left to register me in allowing me to tend to other business in the mean time.
