God made the world
in six full days
then a snake came
and showed us his ways
but
you know the story
surely you know it well
how we sought God's glory
but instead found hell
that's what we call 'the fall'
and it's when sin arrived
which affects us all
leaving us all spiritually deprived
but
fast forward the years
to the life of Christ
the Son of God
who paid the price
from dying on a cross
even though we were at loss
he paid the cost
