I can see the disappointment in your eyes.
So much so I want to cry.
I feel bad because I put it there.
However I know you're not going anywhere.
I love you so dearly,
I know you see.
All I want to do is wipe your disappointment away.
And keep going is all you say.
It's getting hard to keep going,
It's hard to smile.
All I think about is the disappointment.
Can I make it disappear?
Can I really make it through this?
All that's on my mind is the disappointment.
