Letter two

Rin arrived at the airport with taxi and went to check her ticket for Italy. The policewoman checked her ticket and her passport asking:

- It's your first time in Italy, young lady?

Rin was exited answering:

- Yeah. It's my first time.

The policewoman asked:

- On holiday?

Rin nodded smiling. The policewoman stamp the passport and said:

- Have a nice flight.

Rin smiled and went in the waiting room. She looked at the table where were written all the lines around the world. Her flight was in half hour. Rin was exited that she'll arrive in Siena, Italy. Half hour later, Rin climbed on the airplane and the air hostess checked her ticket and said:

- Have a nice flight.

The air hostess explained the rules about emergency and soon the airplane started to fly. Rin was looking into the window. The view was so beautiful. Everything seemed to be small. The houses, the cities, the villages. Few hours later, Rin arrived at the Siena-Ampugnano Airport. She took her baggage and came out. One woman with brown hair came to her saying:

- Rin Tolomei?

Rin said:

- Just, Rin.

She smiled saying:

- Never mind. My name is Rozalia Salinberi. Nice to meet you. 

Rin shook her hand saying:

- Nice to meet you too.

Rozalia said:

- And welcome in Italy. I hope you'll like our town.

Rin nodded and Rozalia called her driver to take Rin's baggage. It was young man with black hair and serious face. Rozalia said something on Italian to the driver and he nodded opening the door. Rin and Rozalia climbed in the car and soon they left the airport. As the car was driving, Rin looked at the beauties of Siena. She said:

- It's so beautiful.

Rozalia smiled looking in Rin's orange eyes with her blue eyes saying:

- You haven't seen anything, my dear.

Rin asked:

- So, in the letter, you said that you knew my parents...Is it true?

Rozalia answered:

- Yeah. Diane Tolomei, you mother... She... She was killed...

Rin wide opened her eyes asking:

- Why? How?

Rozalia answered:

- Then, I need to tell you about you family, Rin. Listen careful. You father, Patricio died in fire and your mother was killed after she gave you in that orphanage. There's a really bad people that want to destroy your family. That's why you must the truth... In fact... That's my brother, Leo...

Rin wide opened her eyes asking:

- Why? Why he killed my family?

Rozalia sigh saying:

- I'll tell you that story when we'll arrive in the city. First you must go in the hotel and take a rest. 

Rin nodded and Rozalia said:

- Also, there's one box that you need to have. I'll give you when we'll arrive.

Rin nodded saying:

- Thanks, Rozalia.

She smiled and the driver took them in the hotel. Rin arrived in her room and sat at the comfort bed. She was in one old hotel on the outskirts of the city. Rozalia sat to her giving her the box. Rin took the box asking:

- What's in her?

Rozalia answered:

- I don't know... No one can open without the key.

Rin remembered that she had key with her and said:

- I've the key.

Rozalia said:

- Good. You can open the box now.

Rin was scared to open the box, but she decide to open the box and inside the box was one letter and one old book. Rin read:

- Romeo and Juliet by Shakespeare...

She opened the book reading:

- Juliet Tolomei, Romeo Marrescoti. Wait... I thought they're Juliet Capulet and Romeo Montague. Place: Siena? Isn't it in Verona?

Rozalia said:

- We'll talk tomorrow about that. 11 a.m. at the caffee down street. See you, my dear Rin.

Rin nodded and Rozalia left. Rin lied on her bed so tired and said:

- This is all so fucked up... I hope everything will be fine... Mum... Dad...

She closed her eyes and felt a sleep, holding the book and the letter in her arms.
