I say I don't care
When I really do.
I tell you to leave,
so I don't have to face you.
I know what you did,
but you act like I don't.
You use me again
And expect me to come back.
I followed you around
Like a stupid little puppy.
You bossed me around
And I believed all your lies.
I blinded myself
in two of my friendships.
Too stupid to see
the damage behind me.
My eyes have cleared
And it's no longer cloudy.
I'm kicking you out
to stand on my own.
The friendship wasn't real,
It was simply a test.
For years I was a failure,
But now I see the truth.

Seashell in The Sand
PoetryThis is a collection of poetry about my life. The things I go through and the things I witness. Some are happy, some are sad, and some won't make any sense. Sometimes life doesn't either.
