I Know What You Are

You eat human food

Yet, you look disgusted as you eat it

You look at me as if I am something to eat

Yet, you keep your distance

Today I had a theory

I wonder what will happen

If I test it out in science

I will cut myself

The blood dripping

From my veins

You look at me

Trying to restrain yourself

I run to the woods

You follow me as I run

We stop

I turn around

You push me to the tree

You look at my wrapped up wound

I know what you are

You are a vampire
