"Wake up, baby brother," I heard, and felt someone shaking me.

"Oh, fuck," I muttered when I opened my eyes. "Someone needs to get me some damn food."

Just then, my stomach growled. It was loud, and I blushed in embarrassment.

"God, Ash, did you eat anything yesterday?" Alex asked, hovering over me.

"No," I mumbled.

"What? Why not?" He questioned.

I shrugged, "I don't know, but I really need to eat something."

"Okay. Get dressed and we'll go down to the cafeteria," Alex said.

"Alright." I walked to my suitcase.

I grabbed a shirt, and some skinny jeans before limping into the bathroom and changing. Once I got out, Alex smiled at me.

"Let's go," he grinned.

I just sighed, and nodded. I really wasn't in the mood for cheerfulness. Since the whole thing with Isaiah, I was a bit depressed.

Alex noticed, and frowned. "Are you okay?"

"I don't want to talk about it," I said, and walked --well, limped-- outside.

"Ash!" Alex called.

I ignored, and entered the cafeteria. I saw Seth and Lily already here, sitting at a table together. I quickly put some food on a plate, and sat down next to Seth.

"Oh my gosh, Ash!" Lily said. "Are you alright? I saw what happened 2 days ago, but I never saw you."

I smiled politely, "I'm fine. I just have a sprained ankle."

"Oh, well, at least it's not broken," she sighed.

"True," I chuckled.

"Hey," Seth nudged me, gently. "Isaiah seemed upset yesterday. Is everything alright between the two of you?"

"I don't know," I shrugged. "We kind of got into a fight. Well, argument."

"About what?" He questioned.

"Nothing. Don't worry about it, okay?"

"Uh, okay," Seth said.

I sighed, "I'll tell you later. When we're alone."

"You don't have to," he smiled softly.

"No, no. You deserve to know."

"Whatever you say," Seth laughed.

"Actually, I'll tell you know. Help me get up; we'll talk over in the corner," I said.

Seth quickly got up, carefully helping me up.

"We'll be right back," I told Lily.

I limped to the corner, Seth helping me.

"So, what is it?"

"Please don't freak out," I begged.

"I won't," he promised.

"Ok, well..." I trailed off. "I like James... More than a friend."

"Oh," Seth whispered.

"Yeah, I know. It's stupid," I muttered.

"No, Ash, it's not stupid," Seth sighed.

"What?" I questioned.

"It's not stupid," he repeated.

"You can love who you love. It's your choice, and Isaiah shouldn't be making you upset just because you like someone he doesn't approve of."
