Howl Of The Werewolf

Chapter 3

SMACK!!

“Ouch" i exclaimed "what was that?" then i heard Jane reply

"That was me waking you up"

"Yeah and after the night i had i deserved that" I said, sarcastically.

"Sorry" she said "but you're like Jarred i couldn’t wake you up"

"Really" i replied "mum says i get up to early” she laughed.

"Not anymore. I think it’s a male werewolf thing to sleep in"she said. I just laughed and i stood up. I noticed that Jarred was still asleep.

"Aren’t you waking him up?” I asked.

"Nah " she said " i don’t need back up to take on a newbie"

"Are you training me to fight today?"

"Yep" she replied.

"Ummm, I can’t hit a girl" I say.   

 "That’s why I’m training you" she said "so  you can learn because some of the females here dominate and are a lot stronger than the guys"

"Like you?"

“Exactly"

"Ok " i said “let’s get started” after she taught me the basics we i play fought and she still pinned me.

"How do you do that?" i asked.

"I’m trained” she replied. Then she changed human and so did i. I couldn’t help myself I leaned up towards her and we kissed. It was surprisingly gentle for a werewolf then i heard

"Ahem" she pulled away gently and i looked in the direction of the noise. It was Jarred i got up to face him to ask him what was wrong and then

SMACK!!

Crap he punched me. I staggered backwards and then he pinned me as a wolf. I was still human it wasn’t fair. Then all of a sudden the weight of him wasn’t on top of me anymore. I looked around and there he was pinned by Jane. I turned wolf just in case. I heard Jane screaming at the top of her voice

“I do not belong to anyone! You will not hurt him do that and you're dead and you will not be allowed on my territory" he just stared at her. Then he kicked her in the gut. Jane went flying i wanted to see if she was ok, but Jarred wanted to fight so i fought back. After a while i wasn’t controlling myself my wolf side was and i was winning. Then Jane was ok she got up i wanted to stop, but the wolf voice wouldn’t let me then it said

"Hurt the girl"

"No" I refused out load. Then the wolf voice said out load

"Hurt her she’s holding you back”

"I want to change back" i screamed it over and over again. Then i started fighting it. I was slowly changing back then the voice disappeared and i was human. I looked up and saw Jane was running towards me. When she was next to me she asked

"Are you ok?”

"I-I’m o-o-ok " i stammered. I felt feint then i passed out again.

"Nick " i heard, but it was very feint "Nick, Nick, Nick" she said, repeatedly.

"Oh my god my head” i mumbled. I heard a relieved sigh.

 "Are you ok?"

"I’m ok" i said, quietly.

"Are you sure?” she said.

"Yes" i snapped.

"Don’t get snappy" she said "last time you said that you passed out right after"

"Ok. I’m sorry i didn’t mean to snap. What happened? I feel like a war went on inside my head” I asked.

“Well it kinda did" she told me what happened. Afterward i asked

 “What happened to Jarred?"

“I told him to back off. Didn’t you see how the wolf almost took over?” she asked me.

"Oh. He t-told me to h-hurt you"

“So that’s what he said. You started yelling then a deep voice coming from you would talk back it was really scary" she said.

"Why did that happen?" i asked, confused.

"I don’t know " she said

"I’ve heard of the wolf taking over. I didn’t know you had to fight to go back to normal" she said, curiously “oh well the main thing is your back to normal” 

"Mmm" i replied.

"What’s wrong?" she asked.

"I’m just tired" i replied.

“Ok. You get to sleep if you want to" she said. I leaned up and kissed her this time no one is going to punch me. When i pulled away i realised we were in a cave.

"Where are we?" i asked.

“It’s a cave in my territory. Jarred doesn’t know it’s here”

“Ok" I said. I laid back down and went to sleep.
