By the way in this story you're a ghoul.
You were at your best friends mask shop, and you were really bored. There was nothing else to do, so you decided to bother your best friend, Uta. You went over to where he was working and began poking him. He glanced at you and went back to working. You kept poking him, getting no reaction. After a few minutes, you thought of another way to try to get his attention. You started braiding his hair. He didn't like people touching his hair, especially braiding. He shot you a look that would make a normal person leave him alone. But you weren't a normal person, so you continued. He finally sighed and swatted your hand away.
"I'm trying to work, Y/N," he told you, slightly annoyed," I need to have this mask done and I'm not even halfway finished."
"Sorry Uta," you said," I'm just bored."
"I get it that your bored," you began to raise his voice," but can't you find something else to do. I've been working on this for an hour and I've gotten nowhere because of you bothering me!" By the end he was full blown yelling at you.
You were hurt by his outburst and ran out of the shop. Sure he got annoyed at your actions sometimes, but he never yelled at you and told you to go somewhere to quit bothering him. What made it even worse is that you were in love with him, and you have been ever since you met him.
Uta quickly followed you, he felt really bad about causing you to leave. He caught up to you and grabbed your arm. This made you mad and you turned around and slapped him. You could see a red handprint on the side of his face. You felt sorta bad about it, but you also knew he needed it.
" Probably deserved that," he said.
"Yeah, you did!" You told him. You got the sudden urge to tell him how you feel about him, but you knew it wasn't a good time to tell him. But, If you didn't do it now, you most likely wouldn't would tell him ever.
" This might be a bad time to say this," you began," but Uta you should know," you began to realize you were actually telling him this," I-I, I'm in love with you Uta!" He was shocked, but he smiled. He leaned in and planted a kiss on your lips. You kiss him back, you been waiting for this moment forever, and you never wanted it to end
He pulled away after a few moments. "I love you too, Y/N,"
