I don't know whether it's my heat or just my undying love for Caleb but I have this strong need to tell him my deepest fantasies. Things I've never told anyone, not even Kate, which is a big thing because we are best friends and we share everything. I guess theres no better time than the present. I just hope he takes it well and doesnt think im some freak.

''erm Caleb?''

oh my he actually wants to, it's official he's the best mate in the world! as soon as my heat is over i am going to take that boy out on a romantic vacation. just me and him. maybe i can go back to school once this stupid heat is over, i miss kate so much and i dont have long left so caleb should be okay with it. i was taken from my thoughts by a voice in my head, it was strange and id never heard it before but it must be a member of the pack otherwise i wouldnt be able to hear him.

''laker, i know you dont know me, but i know you, i will come and find you soon my love'' the starnger said in my head...he's coming for me?!?!?! oh god who could it be and what the fuck do they want with me, not like they will get me because Caleb will keep me safe, but why did he call me his love? oh god what is going to happen?!?!

''dont worry my beloved, you will find out who i am soon. it should be me satisfying you instead of him, he is not worthy of you baby, i will see you soon and hopefully you can sense its me.'' he said and then went quiet after completely confusing me, first my love and now beloved, wait, isn't that?... no it cant be... holy shit it is, a beloved is the mate of a vampire. that man thinks im his mate, fuck me sideways i'm in for a long night cause i wont be able to sleep until i understand this a bit more.

there's a knock at the front door, got to love werewolf hearing, Caleb goes to answer it and im suddenly engulfed by this amazing scent, its better than Cal's, i hear talking and laughing as the scent gets closer and closer. the bedroom door opens and the sexiest man walks through behind Caleb and he just stares.

''Laker this is Devilin, hes a good friend of mine...'' Caleb was cut off by Devlin shouting.
