This is a bit of writing taken from my never-to-be story; I talk about you like you set the stars in the sky. P.S if anybody can tell me what the gif above is from, you are my new favorite person.

Jodelle Ferland portrays Illia Ambrose (ill-ee-yuh)

In the beginning, there was a young couple; a woman named Marie, and a man named Theo. The two were newly married, and with child. Theo worked each day as the best mechanic in the star system. He would fix anything and everything, supporting his newly budding family. As time wore on though, Marie became ill, the pregnancy taking it's toll on her health. She barely made it through the birth of her child, only able to hold the baby for a few moments before her life ended. Theo was devastated by the loss of his wife, vowing to never forget her, as he clutched his newborn daughter to his chest, alone. The duo lived together happily for the longest time, rarely troubled. Around the girl's age of nine, she had already learnt everything that her father could teach her, and was helping him around the shop. Clients quickly took to her carefree and bold nature, spending the repair time with the talkative child. But it wasn't until she reached her tenth birthday that she started to display the traits of the woman she would become. By this time, she had started to speak in a slightly more reserved manner -although prone to bouts of heavy swearing- and had begun mastering the art of selflessness. It was around this time that she met who would probably become the most important person in her life, a boy that went by the name of Han. At the time though, he hadn't left the idea of honest work behind, shuttling produce around locally. He rode a worn down land-speeder, several years outdated, that required tune-ups nearly thrice a month. The boy and girl were very good friends, and even when Han began move on to bigger things; traveling farther, and returning less, he still visited her often. Sadly, late in the girl's thirteenth year, Han's visits became less and less frequent due to his criminal status, finally stopping just weeks before she turned fourteen. Time passed, and the girl and her father became more and more popular, only refusing imperial ships. The girl's father was getting on in years, and she nearly ran the shop. Tragedy struck, though, when the Empire grew angry with the turning away of severely damaged ships. A small troop was sent to the residence, killing the girl's father, and taking the girl captive. The plot was left alone, abandoned, and only scavengers and homeless entered the building now. Metal rusted, wood rotted, and an official had placed a notice in the window stating that the property had been eradicated by the empire. The girl was cuffed, and placed on a satellite only accessible by the Empire, forced into an endless servitude of imperial ships and equipment.
