Chapter 3

Jason's pov

It was time for the show and I can't find Kelly anywhere

"has anyone seen Kelly" I said

"she's in the bathroom pucking her guts out she got food poisoning" Mike said I sighed great nows who's gonna do the duet with me

Mirandas pov

Sierra and I were backstage and Jason was pacing back and forth and had a look on his face like he was thinking

"hey is everything okay" I asked

"no Kelly's sick and I don't have anyone to sing the duet with" he said

"I'll sing with you" I said he looked at me with a raised eyebrow

"are you sure" he asked

"yea I'll sing with you" I said

"alright well we gotta get out there soon though so get ready" he said so I went to a dressing room and his makeup artist did my hair and makeup.

Jason's pov

I started the song

"I really hate to let this moment go touching your skin and your hair falling slow when a goodbye kiss feels like this, don't you wanna stay here a little while don't you wanna hold eachother tight don't you wanna fall asleep with me tonight, don't you wanna stay here a little while we can make forever feel this way don't you wanna stay" I sang and then I heard Mirandas voice wow she's amazing

"let's take it slow I don't wanna move to fast I don't wanna just make love I wanna make love last when you're up this high it's a sad goodbye" she sang. After the show I went to the bus and Miranda was putting Sierra to sleep

"wow why did I ever let you go" I said

"what are you talking about" she asked

"I just can't believe I let you slip away, I made a huge mistake and never got to apologize so Miranda I'm really sorry, I loved you so much and because of a stupid fight we broke up" I said

"Jason we were young and dumb, don't make it hard on yourself, we had a good run but we've grown up and I've moved on" she said I sighed and nodded and went to my bunk I wish we didn't break up.
