Samantha's P.O.V

I'm so confused of what happened it's been one week since then...

Zack always called and texted me but I never replied...

I wasn't really scared of him...
I was hurt that he lied to me...

I've been absent at work for a week now...

and for a week Zack had always come here knocking on my door saying he was sorry...

I felt heartbroken...

it was raining heavily today

*tock* *tock* *tock*

"please Samantha talk to me"he pleaded

"I'm so sorry"he said

what was he doing here?!?! Can't he see it's raining heavily???

My conscience was fighting over if I should stay mad at him keep my pride going or should I let my guilt take over and let him in?

my guilt was too powerful so I decided to let him in

I opened the door

"Are you out of your mind Zack?!?!"I yelled

"yes...yes...I am...I'm so sorry for making you cry...I'm sorry for lying...I'm sorry for hurting you"he said crying

he hugged me but I didn't hugged back.

it was making my heart crack seeing him like this...he was wet due to the rain but I can see that he was crying.

"change your clothes"i said

"okay"he said

while he was changing I decided to make a soup for us since it was raining...

once it was done...I called zack

"zack!"I called

he went in the kitchen

I looked at him and I saw pain and regret in his eyes...

"let's eat this while it's hot...here get your bowl"i said

when he came near me his arm brushed mine and I felt sparks yet I felt that he was warm...

"hey come here"i said

"why"he said walking towards me

I touched his forehead and neck

"your lukewarm...you might get a.fever...go to my room and lie down there okay?"I said

he nodded I quickly fixed the stuff I need I got a towel and a basin with cold water some water and medicine and soup.

I followed him in my room

I quickly put the damp towel in his forehead

"what are you doing?"he said

"what does it look like im doing?...I'm taking care of my mate"i said not looking at him

I peeped a little and I saw that he was smiling..

"here eat...aaaaah"i said scooping the soup and moving the spoon infront of his mouth.

he opened his mouth ate it and he finished the soup and I made him drink his medicine...

I touched his forehead

"your temperature seems to be normal"I said

"thanks for taking care of me love"he said smiling

"no problem"i said

"you can take a rest now too...here lay down beside me"he said scooting to make space for me

I layed down next to him and he hugged he

"goodnight I love you"he said

"goodnight I love you too"i said
