The sweet part of loving is to admit that we have fallen in love with someone we didn't mean to love from the start.

Ako si Leigh. 18 years old. Mayroong masayang buhay. Magandang love life.

I've always remember how this boy and I got started, how our love for each other started when we were just in high school, our senior year.

(Flashback)

Kasalukuyan kong kasama ang aking mga kaibigan sa taas ng Economics Science Fund building (ESF). Nagmamasid lamang sa mga kapwa naming estudyante sa may baba na may kanya-kanyang gawain.

"Hoy Leigh! Lutang ka yata dyan?" Jusko. 'Tong si Carol talaga. Nagde-daydream ang tao dito e.

"Teh. Si Lance na naman ba yang nasa isipan mo?" tanong sa akin ni Amber.

Papaano ba naman. Nahagilap na naman ng mga mata ko itong si Lance.

He's currently walking with his barkada. I think they're on their way to the court.

Oo nga pala, 5-day practice na lang to bago ang game nila. Excited na talaga ako para sa game.

They'll be competing other school, so I'm here, giving my full support for their team. Especially for him.

Wala akong ideya, when this infatuation started. Basta all I know is that, I like him.

I like his suave style, angelic face, his skills when it comes to basketball. And his three-point shot.

He is also into sports like swimming and taekwondo. And to mention, he also plays guitar. He makes every girl swoon.

"Girl, ang laway. Tulo na po." bulalas sa akin ni Carol

"Floating afar with Lance, teh?" sabi naman ni Amber.

Haay nako. My friends keep on teasing me. So I decided na tumigil na sa pagfafantasy at . . .

"Wala na kayo do'n. Tara na at baka nandoon na si Ma'am." sabi ko sa kanila. Then they followed me down the stairs, reluctantly.

Sa Room

Grabe. Pigang-piga ang utak ko sa Trigonometry na yan ah. Tumabi sa akin si Carol at si Amber.

"Oy Leigh!" bati ni Carol. "Oh. Hello." sagot ko naman ng walang kagana-gana.

"Kakahagard ang Trigo! Kwentuhan na lang tayo." singit ni Amber

"Oy alam niyo ba yung 11:11?" tanong ni Amber

"Numbers? Hahaha." sabi ko.

"Wa.ha.ha. Nakakatawa. Kapag daw yung orasan ay nasa 11:11, magwish ka daw. Simple as that. But, is it true kaya? Magkakatotoo kaya?" sabi ni Amber

"Then lets try for us to prove if it's true or if it's just a nonsense stuff." Carol

"Of course. It is senseless. Superstition lang yon. Wishing and hoping for your wishes to come true. 50-50 possibility lang yon." sabi ko

"Leigh is exactly right. But we can try it naman. Walang mawawala sa atin." Amber

"Oh sige. Eh anong oras na ba? Para maabangan natin ang 11:11." sabi ko naman

"10:55 pa lang." Carol

"Sige. Amber will remind us later if 11:10 na." untag ko

Medyo naging interesado ako. Isa lang naiisip ko. Si Lance. Na sana kami na lang, para sa isa't isa. Chos.
