chapter two

I woke up the next morning in my bed. I checked my phone and saw that it was almost 11 am.

I turned on my side and saw Blair next to me and Nate on the floor.

Since they were still asleep I got up, showered, and got ready for the day.

I decided to do something spontaneous so I left Nate and Blair a note.

I drove down to the bar we were at last night and walked in to see if Harry would be there.

To my surprise, he was.

He seemed surprised to see me so I spoke up first.

"Hey Harry..." I awkwardly said with a smile.

"Carli with and I, what brings you here?"

"I'm kind of looking for a job" I said as confidently as I could putting aside the fact that I was 17.

"Hmm, I could use some help around here I suppose..... do you have your ID?"

I handed him my fake ID and he had me fill out an application.
