Finally found you....

Urghhh!! Why does it have to happen today of all days???

"MOM!! Have you seen my......" Before I could finish my question I see my mom standing near my closet with my socks and keys in her hands with a knowing smile on her face.

I smile gratefully at her before taking it from her hands.

" Sweety calm down. its just a new school. Everything will be fine. We will manage it and in no time you will be begging me aroung the house to allow you for sleepovers at you friend's house!" she said while sitting on my bed.

"Oh really? Can you also predict in how much time so that I can atleast console myself that i will not be friendless in a NEW school for a long time?" i said while finishing getting ready for school.

Mom just smiled and shook her head. We both new that i will have new friends in no time seeing as i make friends easily. We also knew that this sarcastic tone of mine was only because of my nerves. We both left my room and went to the kitchen for a quick breakfast. I kissed her goodbye and left for school. It was a 10min walk from my house.
