Hello, minna-san! ♥ Here is the next chapter, I hope you all like it!~ I apologize if it is a little short, but...eh, what can you do about it, ya know?  It's not like I can write four-five chapters all the time!  I got sports to do, and along with other things. :P  But I do hope you enjoy, anyways. c:  I dedicate this chapter to fairytailfanatic! ♥ This girl deserves I dedication, even though I don't know her well. ^^; She's a fellow NaLu writer, after all~  Feedback is always appreciated, of course.  I hope you all enjoy this, and until next time, everyone! c:

"Wow!"  Lucy exclaimed, putting her hand above her eyes to block out the sun.  "It's so pretty here!"

Standing on the platform of the station, everyone looked out over the town.  The station was on a hill, so the road extended down it and into the area of multiple houses that existed on the small rolling hills.  Large fields extended out over the horizon, and some were filled with animals while others were filled with crops.  Trees were far off in the distance, with the mountains rising behind them, seeming to create a wall in the back of the town.  The sun peaked through the indent of the mountains, and showered light onto the fields and the houses below.

"Amazing!"  Wendy exclaimed in a soft yet in-awe voice.  "I bet it's so peaceful here!"

"Erza, where's the Requester's home?"  Gray asked, his hands in his pockets.  He couldn't help but admire the serenity of the town, just like Lucy and Wendy were.

Erza searched the grounds, eventually pointing upwards to the far back house, which was more closer to the woods than the others.

"That one."  Erza stated.  "My theory is that the 'monsters' are taking them into the flank of the woods, there."  She guestered to the back corner of the woods, which curved around one of the mountains and most likely continued on past the other side.

"Seems a little far..."  Carla stated squinting slightly to see where Erza was pointing to.

"We'll be there quickly, I'm sure."  Erza replied.  "Let's hurry up, then."

"I'm all fired up!"  Natsu exclaimed, smirking as he clenched his fist.

Lucy, along with the others, looked around as they walked through the small town, seeing small children running around with toys in their hands.  Lucy couldn't help but feel comforted at the thought of how serene this place was, and was sad that it was being even slightly disrupted by the thought of thieves.  But what Lucy didn't get was why the Monster Tamer was taking the livestock of the Requestor, and what he could possibly need it for.

Lucy tried to think of a solution, but came up empty, because she soon became distracted by the house in front of them.

"We're here,"  Erza replied, her arms crossed.

Lucy snapped back into focus, looking up at the house.

She had been correct; it had been slightly bigger than the other houses, and was more decorated with flowers and plants around the property.  It was quite pretty, really; the smell of the flowers wafted through Lucy's nose, and she felt content.  Whatever they had to do, Lucy was going to help, because she wanted this town to be peaceful again.

"Let's go in!"  Happy exclaimed.

Doing just that, they walked up to the door and waited as Lucy knocked her fist against it.  A minute later, a small man about the size of Makarov answered, and everyone's faces turned to one of mock surprise.
