10 am (JhoBea)

"Jhoana!!!" 

And then the loud, eager footsteps against the floor soon followed.

"Shit, Bea. Ang aga mo." I grunted as I pulled my blanket over my head.

"You promised me this dayyyyy!!!" sabi ng over hyper ko na best friend who just sat on my bed and smothered me with her weight. "Wake up, beb!!!"

"Bei, it is too early! Mamaya na, okay?"

"No!" said the brat. "Get up! Get up, Jho! It's eight. You should get up!"

"It's eight. On a Sunday morning. When we don't even have training. At least let me sleep, hun."

"Bakit ka ba puyat?"

"No idea."

"Jho, gising na! Gusto ko ng McDo for breakfast!"

"Then go and mag-takeout ka. Damay mo ako, ha? Just the usual."

 Nang natahimik na ang mundo, inakala ko na umalis na si Bea. Akala ko, payapa na nang biglang nagmaktol pa lalo itong kaibigan ko.

"Beb, get up!!! Marami tayong lakad ngayon!!!"

Again, I tried to keep a pillow on my face. I was doing my report last night kaya sobrang puyat at pagod pa ako. "Beh, mamaya na. Okay?"

"No! We're going now. Please?"

"At ten, Bei. Promise."

"Ten? No! Get up, please?"

I grunted. 

"Babe, promise. Ten, okay? May breakfast meals pa noon."

"But I want to spend more time with you nga today so we better get going," explained the babe. I peered through my half-opened eyes and smiled. "Get up?"

"Dito ka na lang. Tabihan mo muna ako," I offered. 

She tipped her head a little to the side and thought of it. 

"But I am hungry." She pouted, which in every way, ay napaka-adorable. But there is no way I am telling her that. She loves to flatter her ego eh. 

"Then go and eat breakfast, beh."

"I will go alone?"

"Get Jia." I nodded at Jia who just entered our room. She turned around toward us as soon as she heard her name. "Ji, aalis ka?"

"Church with Migs," answered my roommate. "Kayo ba?"

"Jia! Jho won't get up! Help me!" cried the Bea na parang batang nagsusumbong sa kaibigan namin. 

"Buhatin mo kasi, Bei."Jia actually laughed. 

"Don't give her ideas, Ji!" I warned. She reached for her phone and waved at us goodbye. Meanwhile, Bea was back with a grin and I know very well what her eyes were hinting. "Don't even think of it, Bei."

"You will get up or I will have to carry you to my car?"

"Have breakfast with Mads kasi para makakain ka na."

"No."

"Teytey?"

"Take the hint, beb. I want to have breakfast nga with you and with you only, okay?" She scratched the back of her head as if she was actually frustrated. As if I was frustrating her that I would not go with her.

Of course, I was just playing with her. Sobrang nakakatawa kasi siya 'pag napipikon na. At sobrang nakakatuwa rin whenever she plays the sweet Bea. She probably doesn't even know it, or that she just won't admit it pero she is always so sweet and genuine. Kahit na bully siya at sobrang makulit most of the time.

"So cuddle with me first and then we will have breakfast later, okay?" Again, I offered. I scooted over and drew her next to me and tucked her under my blanket and in my arms. 

She did not protest. Instead, she removed my arms around her so she could slip her hand behind my head and snuggle me closer. As if it was the most natural thing. To hug someone against your chest, your chin on their head, your nose on their hair, and your lips almost touching your forehead. 

And the more natural thing than this was that I hugged back.

"10 am, you promised." She whispered and by the sound of her voice, it seemed like inaantok na rin siya bigla. I grinned against her shirt. "You owe me a happy meal, okay?"

"How old are you, Bea?"

"Quiet. I am trying to sleep," she murmured. 

"Okay. 10 am." I smiled. 

Note: it's 12:30 am and i have an exam tomorrow. and to relieve me from stress (or to avoid stress...), i made this quick update which was unplanned and totally out of the blue hahaha prompt? photo in the external link.  in no way related to this quick writing pero sobrang natawa ako as soon as i saw it on twitter kanina haha
