He was staring at me like I am his favourite candy ice cream 😐
Well I think I should avoid him because if he gets to know that I was the one who was calling him cabir's PA and was scolding him so he will not gonna leave me....so I start avoiding his gaze and shifted to nyonika aunty who was standing there with a smile

"Hi aunty" I said to start a conversation and to avoid the awkwardness

"Hi nandini beta....are you ok I mean I hope ghar dhundne me zyada problem nahi hui?" She said with a concern

"No not at all...afterall its malhotra's house....so how can I have a problem in finding your house" I replied with a smile

"Ok come I will introduce you with these naughty kids of mine." She gestured towards manik and his frndz who were standing there like a statue...well I can guess that they were confuse ? But about what I dun knw

"Sure" I smiled well what else can I do other then smiling

"So nandini...this is manik my son....you actually dont know about him...bcoz I have never came with manik in your house and u were too small that time..." she said and laughs

While it was difficult for me to even smile...and I was doing my favorite work....blaming my aiyappa for getting me in this difficult situation....aiyappa why me....I mean manik ko nyonika aunty ka hi beta hona tha....cant it get more worst?

"Hi" I said with a fake smile while he just smirks God why is he looking so mischievious

"And these our his frnds...or you can say band.....alya...mukti...dhruv...and"

"Cabir" I said with a tinge of excitement well what do you expect from a girl whose star is infront of her eyes...

They all looked at me like I have done something very wrong

I smiled....and try to pacify myself

"Who dont know about the famous band fab5....hey guys...I am also a hardcore fan of your music" I said trying to sound genuine...well I am but as you people know that my sole intrest was cabir only

"Thank you" they all said in unison

"And guys she is nandini murthy....my best frnd's daughter....and she is your colg mate also" nyonika said giving my intro to them...well it would be ok if she haven't said the last part....I know that they will eventually know but not that soon plz

"Ohhh that sounds great....so you are a junior" said manik with a smirk

"Manik...dont think of your mischiefs on her ok...you are not going to do anything to her....its a warning" said nyonika strictly while hiding me behind her like hero does in film with heroine...well it was quiet funny but I let her do what she wants bcoz she was saving me...

"Mom...how can you even think like that....we are not going to do anything to her....haina guys" he asked with not so serious tone and winked at his grp and they all nodded

"Well mom its your dinner with your relative so I think....we should not disturb you guys....you both enjoy while I and my frnds will chill in my room...come on guys." He said and left with his frnd

While nyonika was just staring at his back and murmurs something which was hardly audible to my little ears but thankfully I did hear he murmur...she was saying

"He will never change" well maybe she was talking about manik...what nandu ofcrse she is talking about manik only..

"Come nandini lets go and have dinner" she smiled

"Yeah" I said and moved with her to the dining table

"Actually dont feel bad about manik's behaviour....he have attitude problem" said nyonika appologitacilly

"Well aunty...its Ok I can understand....dont worry I didn't mind" I smiled....well maybe she dont know that I dont have attitude problem but I have problem with attitude so maybe thats clear that I and manik cant get along together

Ok so dinner continued and finally after dessert when I was about to ask for leave then manik came

"Mom...its night....and I am sorry I was rude to ur guest....so If you dont mind....I can drop her home" he said with a slight smile

"Well.....that wasn't expected but I am glad that you care about my guest....and thank you for your help manik" said nyonika with a smile

"No no aunty....I will manage its ok...I can go by my self" I said bcoz I can smell something fishy

"Ohh come on nandu...you are my guest and Its not safe outside in night...so go with manik he will drop you" she said trying to explain me about danger outside....well she dont even know that the danger is not outside its right infront of my eyes.....this manik malhotra he can be dangerous for me.....finally after thinking alot I agreed

"So then lets go....Nandu" he said while enphasizind on "nandu" more

I bid bye to aunty and left from there then I saw his car coming and it stops just before me

I jumped...as If he is going to smash me by his car

"Come In..." he open the front door for me and smile....god why he is smiling so much

I settle down and he starts driving while I was was consoling myself

"Dont worry nandu....he is just manik malhotra....not a monster....why are you so afraid of him....he doesn't even know that it was you who called him....but what if he knows?...ssshhhh dont think negative he dont know ok...calm down" I thought and console myself in my mind that he dont know me

"So....?" After half way he finally spoke

"What?" I asked....the tension was clearly visible on my face...what if he knows

"So how are you feeling now?" He asked with his famous smirk...well famous as in he always wear that smirk so maybe....its his famous gesture

"I am good" I replied with a smile

"No you didn't get my question I guess" he said

"What do you mean?" I asked being confused

"I was asking how are you feeling"...he took 10secs break and then "to get lift from the famous cabir's PA" he said with a smirk

I was astonished with his comment....well now I can clearly say that "he knows"
