I have a few questions for the fans of this story that I felt were too important to put in the footnotes, that let's be honest no one ever reads. (I'm also guilty of this).

1. Should I include Annie in this story?
2. Should Octavia adopt her brother Cato?
3. Should Octavia hate Katniss after the events of the 74th games (spoiler alert)?
