Congratulations, guys! All your writing pieces were extremely enjoyable and detailed. I LOVED how well you understood Enhancement and incorporated it into your one-shots. All three of these stories were well-written and addicting to read in your unique writing styles :)
Control is just a word. Well that is what they tell me. Just a phrase, Not the truth. They claim no one is in control. But I don't believe them. Cause if nobody was, Then how could I forget things. How could I kill without being told, Obey without getting a command, Walk without using my feet. They say their not in control, That we are. But I don't believe them. I believe they control the world, And everything in it. But mostly the humans, Who are pawns in their game. But I... Am a puzzle piece that doesn't want to fit, A game that you can't win, A maze you can never escape. I trap you, Enslave you, Show you your worst nightmare. And all they do. Is simply control you. Control is a game, That only has one winner. It's slavery without knowing and truth without fact. You can't prove or disprove it, You can only go along with it. For control is inevitable. It's bound to happen and you can't stop it. But me. I'm way more than just control. I rewrite, Punish, And make right the wrongs. I make sure you stay in line, Without others stuck inside you. I don't possess the brain, But cure it of the evil. I show what life really is, And what lurks in the darkness. For I am not control. But something even more deadly. I started with F and end in R. I taste bad in your mouth, And make you shiver. I give you nightmares, And goosebumps, And make you rethink reality. I'm always there and I never stop. I am in control. Surprised? For their wouldn't be life without me. I stop you in your tracks, And turn you around. For am I just four letters. F, E, A, And R. For I am FEAR. And unlike control. I never stop until the day you die. I wreak havoc on the brain to teach you one lesson. The only thing you have to FEAR, Is your own mind. And that, Is the scariest thing of all.
