Tips for losing weight

Weight loss!
1. Always remember that size doesn't determine who you are and you are always beautiful.
2. Try and chew gum, it helps you to have something in your mouth
3. Drink water before every meal and after. You should drink half. your weight in ounces everyday.
4. Try to be active at least an hour a day.
5. Eat healthy! Get those veggies in ya :)
6. Be motivated enough to change what you want to be changed about yourself.
7. When you are bored find something to do, most people eat out of boredom. Think of something fun to do like.. Paint nails, shoot some hoops, go for a jog, hang with friends, or even get on wattpad. ;)
8. Try and only have 3 meals a day. But please don't starve yourself :)
9. Only snack on things when you feel like you need too.. And try to make them healthy.
10. Be confident in yourself and remember your beautiful no matter what size.❤💚💜💙💛
