Story 3 - Shadows and Mirrors

I walked into my dorm room and felt a chill down my spine.

Why is it so cold?

Kaden, my roommate and boyfriend, walked up to me.

"Hey babe," he said and pecked my neck.

I looked around the room and saw a dark shadow in our bathroom.

"Kaden, stop," I stopped him. "What is that?!"

"I don't know babe, lemme go check it out. Stay here." He said and cupped my cheek, giving me a kiss on the cheek.

"Be careful!!" I yelled.

I waited in silence.

Nothing.

"Kaden?!" I yelled.

Silence.

I walked into the bathroom. There was blood everywhere.

In the mirror it said,

"Kaden said he loved you." with a bloody heart by it.

I stared into the mirror, crying. a dark shadow appeared behind me.

It carved into my arms, "I loved Kaden."
