It took him almost three and a half hours to drive from Perth to Margaret River. With good traffic, it could have been less. He still thought that he had a pretty good run nevertheless. He had reached the town center and most of the shops have closed but the restaurants were still open and tourists still strolled along the sidewalks. Lark took a quick glance at his watch. It was nearly nine in the evening and he estimated that he would reach Agusta by eleven...That is if there are no delays when he gets to the caves. Lark sped up as soon as he took the next turn onto Wallcliffe Road. In a few minutes, he was driving down Caves Road and he estimated that in about a quarter of an hour, he should reach Lake Cave.
