This is from a perspective of a guy who's trying to save his loved one. This poem is also inspired by a music video. It's a Chinese song and the song title is no pain no love in English cx

You said nothing has changed
But love, you have changed
Walking farther and farther away
From me
Our love has changed
It was once beautiful
Now it was bittersweet
You stop smiling like you always do
I tried my best to make you happy
To hold on to this relationship
You said no pain no love
If there's no pain then it's not love
You eventually stopped talking and eating
I tried to save you
from your depression
From your misery and pain
I was playing your favorite sad song
On a piano
You were trying to eat
You can't stop looking at the knife and fork
I was thinking of you
Hoping you will hear the song
You were grabbing the knife
Cutting your wrist again and again
I felt a sharp pain on my wrist
As if someone just stabbed on it
You gripped your hand
The blood was dripping
You felt like dying
Can't stop banging your head on the wall
My head was throbbing
I felt dizzy and worried
I ran to you without thinking
You were collapsing on the floor
Bloody and dying
I held on you slowly
Shocked and speechless
I was gasping
This can't be happening, I thought
I feel your life slipping away slowly
I blamed myself
For your death
For our broken love
I couldn't save our relationship and you
One of my tear slipped down
Touching the fresh scar on your forehead
You felt it and started to open your eyes
I was relieved and sad at the same time
I looked at your eyes and said
I feel your pain
I feel your misery
I feel everything you feel
You touched my face and said
Don't love if you're afraid of getting hurt
