I want to own a cafe.
It's going to be called 'Eleven 26' and it will serve all the types of food because when I travel the world, I'll pick up one talented chef from each area (with different kind of food styles) and bring them to work for me.
Everyone will love 'Eleven 26'.
There will only be one.
The hours will be 7:00am-9:00pm.
A 14 hour day.
I will live above the cafe.
The workers will live in a small apartment complex not even a block away, funded by some super rich company that loves my cafe, so they will get free room and board.
That company will pay for all the ingredients for the food as long as he/she gets their meals free.
And after the 14 hour day, we will all enjoy a meal prepared by one worker- it will rotate so we all get a chance. Same with breakfast.
We will be one big happy family.
Doesn't that sound nice?
